Jordyn Dalton is a young adult from Windsor, ON Canada. Her journey with mental illness, addiction and eating disorders started in her teen years when she struggled with bulimia and depression. She is now over one year sober and is in treatment for her bulimia. She loves reading, writing and yoga.
